Policy

All appointments are held in-person. Clinic and COVID-19 protocols are to be followed.

Massage therapy appointments can only proceed once a client has completed their Health History forms sent via email. This is to ensure that the practitioner delivers a safe, and effective treatment.

Insurance must be claimed by the client if direct billing portals are not operating. You will then receive an invoice with the necessary information to claim the service. Do NOT ask staff to commit any sort of insurance fraud as it can jeopardize your relationship with the insurance company, and the practitioners license.

Beauty service clients must complete an intake form to ensure that the procedure of choice is safe to perform on the individual by assessing your medical history. These services are NOT associated with Massage Therapy and cannot be claimed with insurance.

A 24 hour notice must be made to reschedule or cancel your booking. Last minute cancellations and no shows will be charged the full amount of the appointment with all services using the registered card on file. Clients who are late will only receive their treatment until the end of their allotted time. This is to ensure that no inconveniences occur for the following appointment.

Insurance

Below is the list of insurances that we provide direct billing for. Please note that we aim to update our list every so often to ensure we are able to cater for your insurance in the future as well. Please note that some insurances only allow claims made by the client with an invoice due to the individual’s company policy.
